It was a big day for Oliver yesterday. He turned five.
His day began with the excitement of a new 'boy' bike (he has made do with his sister's hot pink bicycles for awhile now).
He also attended his first orientation morning for Kindergarten, which he begins next year. In Australia, Kindergarten is the first year of school. Madeleine and Lauren were very pleased that he was there.
Then it was lunch at Philly and Brad's, and home for a ride on his new bike at our local park.
The day ended with dinner at McDonalds (Oliver's choice).
He fell asleep as soon as he got into bed last night, exhausted from a busy and happy day.
