Rice Paper Rolls... for Emily, and anyone else who loves Thai food.
I put any vegetables that I may have in the fridge - especially red capsicum, carrot, coriander and cucumber. I bypass the mushrooms, as I seem to be the only one who likes them.
In the dipping sauce I add soy sauce and a dash of fish sauce.
They are yummy, and my girls love them! A great way to get them to eat veggies.
